WSS OFFICER BELT AND BUCKLE SET '12th SS HJ '

Former property of SS-Obersturmfuhrer Hubbes served with both 4th and 5th Aufklarungs -Abt. LSSAH and then 12th SS HJ 8./Pz.Gr.Rgt.25 During both Normandy and Ardennes.
Belt is in good supple condition some small signs of separation and the adjustment tongue has been lost to time (a replacement could easily found), both sliders remain and both have been resewn, one has a small metal stud the purpose of which is unknown, buckle catch is in matching material of the buckle. The buckle is zing alloy by Overhoff complete with makings 36/43 SS RZM OLC, the condition of the buckle is exceptional with 90% original factory finish remaining!
Set was part of a large grouping from the officer which was auctioned a couple of years back.
