WAFFEN SS M44 DOT PATTERN TUNIC

Evocative of the summer in Normandy 1944, small size well used example shows hard service wear, interior is minus the dressing pocket, and has had the offending SS manufacture details cut out of the lining at the armpit, at the end of hostilities POWs on release were ordered by the allies, to dye their uniforms on return to home, as was this example, and has since been recovered to its original colouring!
Character piece, would make a super combat mannequin.
